WEDDING PORTRAIT PACKAGES

DESTINATION WEDDINGS OR WEDDINGS OUTSIDE

OPTION A
A coverage fee of $2,400 includes:
• up to 5 hours of wedding day photography.
• a pre-wedding consultation – includes Large wedding album w/ 10 pages w/optional monogramed wedding album.
• 1 master set of contact sheets for bride and groom. .(additional sets available $8 per page).
• 20 – 5x7 / 6 – 8x10’s wedding prints from wedding day in a decorative wedding album.
Wedding photography will be performed by Tio with option of an assistant (at photographers discretion).

Additional hours are available at $200/hour. This package also includes a single-subject bridal portrait session. Bridal session MUST be conducted from 1 month to 6 months prior to the wedding or within 1 month after wedding ceremony. Wedding/bridal portrait images can be posted to www.tiosphotography.com / for viewing by friends and family for up to 90 days after the wedding date at the request of the bride and groom at no additional charge.A 16 x 20 poster portrait for this package may be substituted for bridal portrait session if preferred.

OPTION B
A coverage fee of $3,900 includes:
• up to 8 hours of wedding day photography (including reception within 10 miles)
• a pre-wedding consultation
• 20- 4x6 / 40- 5x7 wedding prints assembled wedding album w/optional monogram. Also includes 1- 20x28 poster
• 1 master set of contact sheets for bride and groom.(additional sets available $8 per page).
Wedding photography will be performed by Tio with option of an assistant (at photographers discretion). A master CD containing up to 150 original images is available at an additional cost of $500 – group rate.
Additional hours are available at $200/hour.
A (single subject) bridal session is included with this package. Bridal session MUST be conducted from 1 month to 6 months prior to the wedding/ or within 1 month after wedding ceremony.

Wedding/bridal portrait images can be posted to www.tiosphotography.com / for viewing by friends and family for up to 90 days after the wedding date at the request of the bride and groom at no additional charge.

OPTION C
A coverage fee of $1,800 includes:
• up to 5 hours of wedding day photography. (including reception)
• a pre-wedding consultation – includes small wedding memory book)
• 1 master set of contact sheets for bride and groom. .(additional sets available $8 per page).
•30-4x6 prints, 10-5x7’s prints plus one 16x20 gloss mounted portrait of bride and groom.

Wedding photography will be performed by Tio with option of an assistant (at photographers discretion) . Additional hours are available at $200/hour. Wedding/bridal portrait images can be posted to www.tiosphotography.com/ for viewing by friends and family for up to 90 days after the wedding date at the request of the bride and groom at no additional charge.

OPTION D
A coverage fee of $1500 includes:
• up to 4 hours of wedding day photography. (including reception)
• a pre-wedding consultation / includes a small wedding proof size book of photographs selected.
• 1 master set of contact sheets for bride and groom. .(additional sets available $8 per page).
• 40-4x6’s prints / and 1 – 11 x14 gloss portrait of bride and groom.
• Wedding photography will be performed by Tio with option of an assistant (at photographers discretion). Additional hours are available at $200/hour. Wedding/bridal portrait images can be posted to www.tiosphotography.com / for viewing by friends and family for up to 90 days after the wedding date at the request of the bride and groom at no additional charge.

All rates listed above apply to local event only. Any and all events which require travel outside of a 20 mile radius requires additional fees and costs per package

 

All Wedding packages REQUIRE a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% HALF down and the remaining balance due no less than 30 days prior to actual wedding date. Please read all terms of agreement here.
Any and all wedding photography requests requiring travel or flight arrangements MUST have a minimum 90 day advance notice with deposit to secure date of interest as well as prepaid travel and lodging. All travel / flight arrangements and hotel or lodging must be made and confirmed within no less than 90 days of wedding date.

A $75 insufficient fund fee will be charged for any returned checks.
